People and their personalities have been an interest of mine since I did my first personality test at about the age of 12 years old. Personality can be described as your natural behavioural pattern. Adapting my personality to other people’s personality is something that I enjoy doing but somehow, I often manage to get used by people instead of receiving the love from them I also need.

Mr. James Rice where willing to undergo another Arty-cle interview to help me get to the bottom of a few questions I had regarding personality’s and adapting to others.

A lot of sales people are known for their adapting style in which they will sometimes even mimic other’s body language or adapting their personality to close a deal. If you phone them after the sale a few weeks later, they sometimes struggle just to remember who you are. This is not what I want to be when adapting. This is not what I believe the purpose of adapting your personality is meant for. As James explained, motive is very important when it comes to adapting to others.

Adapting your personality to other people’s personality helps you to understand them better, but will they get to know the real you? James said that Love is the heart of business, because when you adapt to others and understand them better they will do the same for you, it will be a win-win. For a time, you might exhaust yourself, but only for a short time. And If you adapt to the right people, they will adapt to you too. If they don’t begin to adapt to you, then they are not the right people. Especially if you constantly adapt to them for long enough.

So, if I keep adapting to other’s will they ever get to a place where they try and understand me? James explained more; he said that you keep your beliefs and values intact, other’s also need to let you be you for both parties to win. You can teach the right people to understanding you by constantly loving them in a way they understand for a long enough period, the goal is not to get a return, but with any investing, there will be a return if it is the right people. Don’t waste your life by investing in the wrong people. Filter out the wrong people by setting healthy boundaries. You can do this by writing yourself personalised relationship policy’s.

I recently became an official GEC client and have gained tremendous momentum in using my talents correctly. James have deposited into my life for 3 years now, and these deposits can be described as adapting to my personality. His motive was not to gain a client, his motive was always to help me. But now that I have returned his deposits by becoming an official client, I know it was the right decision because, I have experienced exhilaration in my new role’s, I have received quadruple momentum from the GEC already and I am sure money is going to flow from our business relationship.
