Thoughts are very powerful, you can think yourself sick, better, in love and in rare cases some women have thought themselves pregnant. What we think, we are creating. I believe you should not need a coach or psychologist unless you are severely depressed or mentally ill and can no longer function in society and need special care. Because your brain is a problem-solving machine. The saying goes, knowledge is power. And it is true, but there is a responsibility taking factor to gaining knowledge. Knowledge empowers the brain to solve problems, but you also must know what motivates you to continue to apply the knowledge you have gained.
For your brain to help you solve problems, you need to know yourself very well. You where born with certain value’s, this dictates your personality or behaviour pattern and your values indicate your life purpose. Once you know who you are and why you do what you do and focus on not just reacting impulsively. Your brain will be able to solve some of your emotional problems. And when you are still in doubt you can research your problem and you will find many answers for your brain to process. Your brain will automatically rule out what will and will not work for you. Don’t be over hasty in trying to solve a problem. Your brain will not allow you to forget about the problem anyway. If you go so far as to try and avoid the problem your brain will remind you of the problem in the form of dreams or awakened fears, until your brain is satisfied with the solution to your problem.
Now that you know what you already know, how are you going to apply this?
1. Write goals or action steps for applying the possible solution.
2. Use daily declarations to train your brain into producing positive thoughts
3. Use a thought journal to track what your thinking style or pattern is on your problem.
This is how powerful your mind already is. You just need to train your thinking patterns so that your brain can solve your problems.
