Thera Painting part 2:

So, for my new adventure, I decided to DIY my house... not just for any reason, but as a therapeutic process. I picked the theme of galaxy wall. I love hues of purple and blue and I love lights.

My room now looks like my personality. It’s very busy, fun and creative and took a lot of dreaming. I want to recommend this to anyone who wants to have a tangible thing in their house, that can remind them of who they are. And even more importantly of who’s they are. E.g. I am a daughter of a king who made the universe. He made me perfect just the way I am.

We as humans are so fragile we forget who we are on an hourly basis let alone daily. That is why I consider it a great idea to be creative and make your mark on the world. You have a unique purpose and everything you touch leaves a part of you with it. What have you touched lately that are now forever branded by you. This is also a reflection of who God is. Because He left his ultimate brand when he made you.

As a woman, I am growing fond of rather hard work, DIY- style because it makes me feel strong and powerful and if you follow my stories you will know that I have a deep routed need for security and feeling strong helps me to feel secure. Therefore, I called painting my wall’s Thera painting. When you reach a certain age you no longer need approval of others as much, but you will always need your own approval. You are in your mind after all. You are the only one who can allow anything in your mind. – what have you been allowing lately. This you will see as soon as you get your hands dirty and be a little creative.
